Scott Macmillan honoured with Nova Scotia’s Portia White Prize

The Portia White Prize went to Scott Macmillan, composer, conductor, arranger, organizer, director, teacher and virtuoso guitarist. As recipient, Mr. Macmillan also names the Protégée prize. He chose the Wagmatcook Aboriginal Arts and Cultural Festival.
